Calling all swimmers!

I know we’ve done a lot of videos for you runners out there, but we don’t want our swimmers to feel left out!

We show you our favorite strengthening exercises that are essential for improved swimming performance as well as injury prevention. These hit all the major muscle groups involved in the swimming stroke: lats, shoulders, and core.

We picked these based off of the most common injuries we see in swimmers and applied adjustments in each exercises that are specific to the sport.
