Hamstring strains can be very annoying, and if you don’t take the proper steps towards healing your injury could linger. You don’t want to fall into this continuous cycle of re-injury; keeping you from being able to enjoy playing your sport.
We are going to show you what you should do during each phase post hamstring strain. Phase one is what you should start working on right after that first onset of your pull.
