This week we wanted to demonstrate some lower body movements for you tennis players during the off season.
We use “off” season very lightly because we know you tennis players out there are always playing are never truly off!
Courtney goes through some great lower body, power movements to help you guys with your power, explosiveness, and change of direction. Practicing these will not only improve your overall performance, but will also help prevent injury!
