Below we have the last video to our three part series on how to recover after experiencing a hamstring strain!

We showed you what you should do right after you experience the injury and then how to progress movements to improve hamstring strength. In this video we go over some more advanced movements so that you can bulletproof your hamstrings and prevent further injury.

Once you can perform these movements you are in a good spot to return back to your sport or activity without fear of re-injury, as long as you keep up with these exercises!
