Do you know what Hip Bursitis is? Maybe you’ve heard of it, or maybe you have it!
Hip Bursitis is caused by an inflamed bursa, which is what Joel likes to call an “internal blister” (you’re welcome for the imagery). Hip Bursitis is when this fluid filled pad gets irritated and causes pain at the joint.
Pain will occur on the bony part of your hip, so for all you side sleepers out there it is especially uncomfortable.
So what do you do if you have it?
Dr. Joel tells you first what you shouldn’t do, and then shows you great exercises to work on for some relief.
