Believe it or not, as a runner you should actually be working on your back strength!
Why you may ask? Posture is an extremely important aspect of your running form, and strengthening those back muscles will help improve your stance.

In this video we demonstrate a great exercise you should be working on to prevent the shoulders from rounding by building a strong back. Working on this exercise with simple running techniques will improve comfort and efficiency during your runs!
