You’ve started to lift heavy in the gym, but are experiencing pain on the inside or outside of the elbow. Once you start to experience this you want to address it as soon as possible to prevent any further injury!
After that first onset of pain there are a couple things you need to do. First you want to do some soft tissue massage and then work on some gentle stretching. We demonstrate how to do soft tissue work on yourself and show some stretches to start incorporating. After you do these, we go over some common mistakes that you could be making at the gym; contributing to your pain.
After you make some key tweaks at the gym you need to try this great strengthening and stabilizing exercise at the end of our video for the elbow. It helps you work on a neutral grip that should be applied to your exercises at the gym as well as strengthens it to be able to take on more stress.
