One of the most popular questions we get as physical therapists is “what are some stretches I should be doing?”
Everyone is pretty much aware that as you age, mobility can decrease. No one likes feeling tight and stiff, and it can lead to other issues/injuries as well.
With this stretch flow, the goal is to hit the most commonly tight joints in the body while also keeping it short and sweet, because, well, time is precious!
Try out this flow and attempt to incorporate some or all of these moves into your daily routine. When it comes to mobility, creating habits around it is key. Sometimes it is not at all about how many exercises you do or how long you do them for, but it is more so about consistency of doing them!
